At Lorne Rose Architects, we pride ourselves on the customized process at which our clients are the centre of. We NEVER try to convince our clients that our design is right for them but continue to work until the client is truly in love with the design we deliver. We will however always tell a client when we disagree with them. We will share our insight, opinion and expertise, and then we sit back, keep quiet and listen.

At the core of our process is the intense interaction between Lorne and our clients. This ongoing and frequent interaction enables us to deliver on our promise of providing a home design that is both functional and exceeds the aesthetic vision of the client.

Lorne Rose, himself, meticulously evaluates, modifies and hones the design into a home that encompasses the original vision and more. We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure that they are truly satisfied with their new house. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and create your dream.

Personalized Service
When you hire Lorne Rose Architects to design your home you get Lorne Rose at the helm of this personalized and collaborative process. Lorne will not design your house independently, only to come back and present what he thinks you want. Nor will he hand-off the project to a junior architect within his firm.

Lorne will actually sit down with you and listen to you describe the home you want, interpret that vision and even assess your current house and lifestyle before he makes any design decisions. At Lorne Rose Architect we listen to feedback and incorporate that in to what is ultimately the final design.

Hands On Involvement through the Entire Process
Our role doesn’t end when we provide the contractor with the designs. We are your partners in the process from beginning to end. Our close relationships with building departments and the municipalities allow us to work swiftly and efficiently securing approvals and required documentation to keep the project moving towards completion.

I have utilized the professional services of Lorne Rose at my home, at our new offices on Eglinton and at my wife’s new business, Rocket Cycle. I have always found Lorne to be creative, unique, professional, easy to work with, on time, and on budget.
